Goyco Tourist
By hiring our tourist transportation services in Costa Rica, the client accepts the following conditions:
Reservations and payments
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed with partial or full prepayment. Prices are quoted in advance and must be accepted before service.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Changes are subject to availability.
Punctuality
The client must arrive at the agreed-upon time. A limited waiting time is allowed. For services departing from Juan Santamaría International Airport, we monitor your flight to coordinate your pickup.
Luggage
Luggage must be appropriate for the vehicle's capacity. Additional luggage must be reported in advance. We are not responsible for forgotten items.
Customer responsibility
Proper conduct is required while on duty. Transporting illegal or hazardous substances is prohibited.
Service Responsibility
We guarantee vehicles in optimal condition and professional drivers. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other situations beyond our control.
Jurisdiction
All services are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
